I LEARN BEZIERS : Poème collectif rédigé en Anglais et en Espagnol par les élèves de 2GT04

En el marco del proyecto I Learn America, los alumnos de 2GT04 se comunicaron con alumnos de los institutos North East y Everglades ubicados en  en Fort Lauderdale, en Florida en Estados Unidos. También redactaron un poema colectivo en Inglés y Español, en el que evocan su pasado, su presente y futuro, que podréis leer en el sitio http://ilearnamerica.com/our-collective-poem/

Llevamos a cabo este proyecto en ambos idiomas, ya que uno de sus objetivos es que los alumnos descubran las culturas hispánicas y anglosajonas, poniendo de realce el vínculo que existe entre ellas, sobre todo cuando tratamos de temas como la inmigración o la adolescencia.

As part of the project I Learn America, the students of 2GT04 have been communicating with students from NorthEast and Everglades highschools which are located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA. They have also written a collective poem both in English and Spanish about how our students see their past, their present and their future. This project has been led in those two languages since its main aim is to open our pupils to Spanish and English-speaking communities showing how close they can be, especially when dealing with topics like immigration, integration and, most of all, adolescence.

Soy de la diversidad

I am from the region of good weather and tasty food

I come from the “wine country”

Venía del país de la paella

I am from a country with a lot of shops

I am from a little island next to America

I am from the desert

Vengo de un país en Africa

I am from the centre of France where I saw cold and rain

I am from a family with many children

I am from del vientre de mi madre, de una gran familia

I am from France where before, there wasn’t as many immigrants as today

I am from libertad, igualdad, fraternidad

Here we see a lot of origins and different cultures

Here we see the sun and good weather

We want no discrimination and no racism

We want la igualdad entre todos

We want respect and equality

We want a clean world

We want no more pollution

We want no discrimination and no racism

We want la paz en el mundo, fuera las guerras.
